1chopped onion
3chopped tomatoes
cooking oil
salt

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

Add tomatoes as you stir then cover for a minute

Uncover and stir as you add potatoes. Keep stirring and salt and water then cover as the potatoes cook.

Make sure they don't overcook. turn off heat when they are ready.
