Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbcooked pasta
  2. 2 tbsbutter
  3. 3 earscooked corn
  4. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. chopped fresh cilantro
  6. 1 tsptaco seasoning
  7. Queso fresco cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and corn. Char corn on all sides

  2. 2

    Cut corn off cobs, place in large bowl

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl, crumble the cheese. Stir, then refrigerate 4 hours or until chilled.
