Ingredients

  • 8 ozsifted self raising flour
  • 5 ozbutter
  • 5 ozsoft brown sugar
  • 3 ozsultanas
  • 1 lbmincemeat
  • 2eggs beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160c

  2. 2

    Grease and line a 8 inch tin

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Pour into tin and bake for 1 and 3/4 hours

  5. 5

    Leave to cool and enjoy!
