For sugar syrup Sugar,water, saffron ko ek pan me add karein or cook karein.approx 5 minutes.

Firstly milk ko boil hone rhke jab boil ho jaye slow falme karein or pakaye jab tak milk 3/4 na ho jaye approx 25-30 minutes lgege.

Now thick rabri ban jaegi milk ki ab flame off karein or rabri me maida mix karein ache se.

Pouring consistency ka batter hona chaiye required hotoh maida or todi add karein.

Ab ek non-stick pan me ya tai me ghee heat karein.

Jab ghee garam ho flame toda low karein or spoon batter genetly pour karein chote pan cake jse ban jaege. Low to medium flame par malphua fry karein.

Flip karein or other side b fry karein. Flip krkrke ache see golden hone tak fry karein.

Fry hone ke baad malphua ko warm sugar syrup me dunk krde. Serve hot hot rabri malphua.
