Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add in eggs. After the eggs have been added mix. Mix the eggs inside the flour, add in oil. Then add water

Mix until all lumbs are gone and a smooth pouring butter is formed. Then heat a non stick pan.

Pour the butter to the non stick pan. Heat both sides until it starts to turn golden brown.

Serve with tea or milk.
