BEST Homemade Spinach Artichoke Dip
This recipe is what i made when i had my small restaurant. Was one of my best sellers for an appetizer.

First you want to saute your onions along with your garlic and Italian Seasoning all in one pan. Next melt in your stick of butter, cream cheese and milk with a whisk until the cream cheese is completely melted and incorporated. Cook on low-medium heat so it doesn't burn.

Preheat the oven to 400. Now Combine all your sauteed ingredients in bowl and mix in your spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayo, and all your cheeses. Combine it all together. Now place in a baking dish and add remaining mozzarella and mild cheddar on top or just mix the cheeses together and add on top of the dip for baking. Bake for at least 30 minutes until bubbly and the cheese has a nice light golden brown.

OPTIONAL: You can always mix in green chiles, hot pepper flakes, and pimentos for extra flavor and kick.

Want some Homemade Tortilla Chips? Buy a pack of floured Tortilla's and stack 3 or 4 together and cut into 4's. Now use 100% Crisco Vegetable oil or Pure Crisco in a safe pot to fry in or use a fryer. Add in your tortilla's whichever amount can fit and stir around in the oil using tongs until a perfectly light brown. Remove from oil, (use paper towel to tab excess oil off). Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve for your guests or just yourself. :)
