Jab rai crackle ho jaye potatoes and onion add karein or dhkkr pakaye.

Ek other side me pohe ko pani me bhigoye 5 minute ke liye or chlni se chaan le.

Ab jab aloo, onion cook ho jaye poha, haldi, tomato, fry peanuts, salt, chilli powder add karein mix karein jrurt hotoh pani ke chite de or 3-4 minute pakaye.

Dhainya patti mix karein. garam garam serve karein.
