Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1potato (cut in cubes)
  3. 2onions finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tbspfried peanuts
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 2 tsprai
  11. handfuldhaniya patti

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle ek kadai me oil garam karein or rai dale or crackle hone de.

  2. 2

    Jab rai crackle ho jaye potatoes and onion add karein or dhkkr pakaye.

  3. 3

    Ek other side me pohe ko pani me bhigoye 5 minute ke liye or chlni se chaan le.

  4. 4

    Ab jab aloo, onion cook ho jaye poha, haldi, tomato, fry peanuts, salt, chilli powder add karein mix karein jrurt hotoh pani ke chite de or 3-4 minute pakaye.

    Dhainya patti mix karein. garam garam serve karein.
