Steps

Peel potatoes and wash them thoroughly.slice them into long shapes.

Put the cooking oil on fire to heat up for like 4 minutes.

Dip the sliced potatoes in small portions.let it cook for like 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove from the sufuria and put it in a bowl layered with serviettes to drain the oil.

Chop the cabbage and cut the tomatoes mix them up and squeeze lemon on top.

Chips is ready to serve with salad. Enjoy.
