Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupboiling water
  2. 2 tbspgelatin powder
  3. 2 tbspkawista syrup (adjust the amount accordingly, because syrups' sweetness vary)
  4. 1 tbspsugar (optional, only if you think the syrup isn't sweet enough)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk boiling water with gelatin until well-combined.

  2. 2

    Add syrup and sugar. Whisk thoroughly until gelatin dissolves.

  3. 3

    Pour into molds and wait for it to cool. Store in a fridge for a couple of hours until firm.

  4. 4

    Cut into cubes and enjoy!
