Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gmspaneer (cut into little cubes)
  2. 600 mltoned milk
  3. 5 tbspsugar
  4. 2 tbsppanch puran (mustard+red chilli+cumin+ saunf+methi)
  5. curry leaves (roast it dry and power it)
  6. to tasteghee
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tbsppepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pan and add the little paneer cubes. When it becomes light brown, keep aside.

  2. 2

    Again add ghee, add panch puran, curry leaves. Satue it. Turn off the flame and the toned milk. Add salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    When milk starts boiling, add paneer. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add sugar and pepper powder, mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mouth watering spicy milk paneer is ready.
