2Onion thinly sliced
as neededBesan
1 tbsprice flour
to tasteSalt
to tasteChat masala
to tasteGinger garlic chilli paste

Add onion ina large bowl with ginger garlic chilli paste. Salt and chat masala. And keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
2

Add besan and rice flour only it needs to coat all onion flakes. Do not add water. And fry it till it become golden brown. Serve it with green chutney
