Stuff chicken mince paratha

Mix chicken mince with lemon juice, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and tandoori masala. And keep it for marination atleast 1/2 hour.

Drain off the water if any. Now make small portions of chicken mince and same with wheat dough. Stuff it and make paratha with light hand.

Cook paratha only on slow flame as chicken is uncooked and it need time to get cook. Once it get nice golden colour from both sides brush it with butter.

And serve it with chutney and dahi.
