Steps

Boil and mash potatoes very well while still hot or grate if they have turned cold

Mix black salt & pepper. Keep aside

Crumble paneer and add salt, green chiiy, almonds, kishmish.

Divide the patato mixture into six balls.

With a ball of patato make a small chapati on your hand. Place 1tbsp paneer on it and roll. So that the paneer is Covered completely on all sides with patato mixture.

Make above rolls and keep aside.

Heat oil and deep fry.

Cut into two pieces lengthwise, so that the filling shows serve hot with chutney
