Ingredients

  1. 1 halfripe plantain
  2. 1carrot
  3. 2 teaspoonmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut plantain in a boiling water.boil for 10mins.

  2. 2

    Cut carrots and add onces the plantain is done and boil for 1min.

  3. 3

    Pour in the blender including the water you boiled it with.but not much.

  4. 4

    Blend to puree.

  5. 5

    Add milk and stir.yummy and healthy for baby.
