Mix all flour together

And make well between it. Add little oil and make crumbs of flours. Add all masala, salt and make stiff dough using little dahi and water. Rest dough for 1 hour

Once dough rest enough take plastic sheet and put required dough ball on it and gently pat it and make chapati on it. Use water if required. And turn it on tawa and remove plastic sheet.

Let first cook one side completly and then only turn it. Once it get cook from both side brush it with white butter and serve with flavoured dahi.
