I had some lovely lamb chops and did not have any mint jelly. I looked around the Web and found this recipy. Since I have a large rosemary bush, this was a no brainer. I loved it, I will never worry about mint jelly again.

Ingredients

2 each
  • 1/2 cupyogurt, plain
  • 1large lemon, use some of the lemon rine
  • 1 tablespoonchili paste
  • 4 clovessmashed and diced garlic
  • 2 tablespoonsrosemary, minched
  • 1 teaspoonoregano
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
  • 8lamb chops

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk all the ingredients together and place in a zip lock bag.

  2. 2

    Add the lamb chops and refrigerate for two to four hours.

  3. 3

    Remove the chops from the marinade and place on the barbecue for 2-to-3 minutes per side.
