I had some lovely lamb chops and did not have any mint jelly. I looked around the Web and found this recipy. Since I have a large rosemary bush, this was a no brainer. I loved it, I will never worry about mint jelly again.

Ingredients

2 each

1/2 cupyogurt, plain
1large lemon, use some of the lemon rine
1 tablespoonchili paste
4 clovessmashed and diced garlic
2 tablespoonsrosemary, minched
1 teaspoonoregano
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonpepper
1/4 teaspooncinnamon
8lamb chops

Steps

Whisk all the ingredients together and place in a zip lock bag.

Add the lamb chops and refrigerate for two to four hours.

Remove the chops from the marinade and place on the barbecue for 2-to-3 minutes per side.
