  • pinch baking soda
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2stp ajwain
  • 1 cupbesan
  • Oil to fry
  • 2/3 cupwater
  • Apinch of hing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan or container to make the besan add to all Spice,and add water and mix well.

  2. 2

    Take a frying pan, add oil and heat it on high flam. By the mean time oil heats up, you can cat the bread slices 4 pieces.
