  • 1 kgbasmati rice
  • 1 tsptumeric powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Add 2 litres of water in a cooking pot and add salt and oil.

  2. 2

    Put to boil then add tumeric powder.

  3. 3

    Wash the rice and add to the water

  4. 4

    Cover and reduce heat to cook slowly till evenly cooked.

  5. 5

    Serve with beef
