Wash the beef well with water and vinegar, then drain and add the spices.

Mix the beef with the spices and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, then arrange the beef strips in the pan and cook for 15 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Start stirring until the beef turns brown, then add salt and sliced onion. When the onion softens, add sliced green bell pepper, then sliced tomato.

Add 2 tablespoons of tahini and 1/4 cup of vinegar, stir briefly, then remove from heat.
