Ingredients

  1. 3 cupmakhana
  2. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder and
  4. 1 tspchaat masala
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2-3 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the makhana and all spices and rost for a good 10-12 minutes on a low flame till they become crisp and crunchy.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the chaat masala and again mix well. Serve and enjoy!!!
