Cook a cup of rice. Allow to cool. Peel onions. Wash the other rice. Add all ingredients together and grind. Then add yeast and sugar and allow to prove. Add baking powder 30minutes before usage.

Heat masa pan. Add oil. The pour in the masa batter and cook for 3minuts then turn using masa spoon. Cook the the other and do same for the other masa in the masa pan. Take out in place in a container or serve immediately.
