Ingredients

  • 6Salmon fillets
  • 2table spoons of honey
  • 1/4 cupBalsalmic vinegar
  • 1 ozfresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoongarlic salt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • Pinchbrown sugar
  • Optional diced peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salmon fillets to a baking pan

  2. 2

    Set oven to broil

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients to a small bowl except for the brown sugar, with a whisk or fork

  4. 4

    Pour mixture over the salmon to allow to marinate for at least 10 min

  5. 5

    Sprinkle brown sugar over salmon before its placed in oven

  6. 6

    Broil salmon for 20 min

  7. 7

    Take out and serve with sides and/or white wine.
