Steps

Add milk in warm water. Add sugar and dissolve. Then add yeast and place covered to activate for 15mins.

Mix other dry ingredients well. After 15mins. Add melted butter, and egg to the mix. Ensure your mixture is foamy. Add your flour and mix then knead for 8-10 minutes. Then allow to prove for 1hour.

Take dough and knock back. Then cut into ball sizes and measure between 80 - 100g. Fold well and allow to prove for another 30minutes. The coat with eggs wash. Sprinkle sesame and bake for 10-1 5mins. Or until golden brown. And you can perceive the aroma of bread.

Cool on rack. And then Slice into two and make your burger.
