  • 1 cupsmilk
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 3/4 cupsdates

    Sift dry ingredients

    Add dates

  3. 3

    Lightly beat eggs and melt butter

  4. 4

    Add eggs and rest of ingredients mix

  5. 5

    Pour into muffin tin

  6. 6

    Bake at 425 for 23 minutes
