Grill chicken in heated grill using Olive oil and a blob of butter. Season with salt and pepper and allow to grill for 20-25 minutes.

Wash carrots and pear.

Cut in to sizes. Heat pan, add oil and saute carrots. Add seasoning, salt some chicken stock, pepper and braise for 8-10mins.

For the sauce, add flour to pan, butter, some stock, tumeric, onion powder and salt. Check taste and simmer for 10 minutes until reduced in quantity.
