My children's favourite. Bhindi is loved by most people including those who hate eating vegetables.
Steps

Wash fresh bhindi properly, wipe bhindi with clean cloth. I used from my kitchen garden.

Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seed, hing as soon they stars splutters, kasuri add and stir them all.

Now add grounded onion, stir untill pinkish, add ginger garlic paste, stir untill ginger's smell gone.

Now add all dry ingredients, saute it very well.

Now whisk dahi, (fresh dahi) add dahi to masala, saute them all.

Add water to dahi, the consistency of gravy take as per your choice

Add bhindi and mix very well, lid the kadhai for 10-12 minutes or till they get done.

Now ready to eat.. Your dahi masala bhindi.. Njoy
