Steps

Brown steak strips, oil, garlic, ginger, & pepper in large skillet or wok over medium heat until steak is just browned.

Add the vegetables into the steak mixture, while gradually pouring the soy sauce over everything.

While continuing to cook uncovered over meduim heat, gently stir all ingredients together until well combined.

Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice of your choice. This dish also goes well over quinoa for a healthier, and just as tasty option.
