Ingredients

  1. 1 lbelbow macaroni
  2. 2 ozsalted butter
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 6 ozricotta
  5. 3 ozcream cheese
  6. 3 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  7. 3 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella
  8. 2 dashsalt
  9. 2 dashpepper
  10. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    cook pasta in large boiling pot add salt until tender

  3. 3

    drain and add 1 cup of milk and all cheeseses and gently mixed together

  4. 4

    pour all ingredients in 2 medium sized casserole dish

  5. 5

    pour the parmesan cheese on top

  6. 6

    bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
