Ingredients

  • Potato 2 large
  • 1 tbspolive oil or regularoil
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatos into wedges style.

  2. 2

    Boil water. Add 1 tbsp of salt in it.

  3. 3

    Add potatos in boiling water and boil it till potatos get half cook. To check it should be cook from outside but raw from inside.

  4. 4

    Once it is cook we will use two methods to make wedges.

  5. 5

    My personal favourite. Place aluminium foil in oven tray. In one bowl add half of wedges and mix it with black pepper salt and olive oil. Place this wedges on aluminium foil and bake till it get golden crust

  6. 6

    Or. Just coat wedges with corn flour. And fry it. Fry it till it become crispy from outside. Once fried, add some salt and pepper and serve.

    Try cook it in oven as it tastes better though its not as crispier like fried one.
