Ingredients

  • 3Boiled potatoes
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoonDry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • leavesFew Coriander
  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First mashad the potatoes

  2. 2

    Add all spices and keep aside

  3. 3

    Make a dough with all purpose flour,curd,salt and with water

  4. 4

    Heat a pan

  5. 5

    Take a small dough and filled with potato mixture

  6. 6

    Roll with rolling pen and keep it on a hot pan

  7. 7

    Cook it with both side and add some oil

  8. 8

    Cut into small pieces and serve hot.

  9. 9

    Serve with almond chutney
