Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 1glenrick tin fish
  • 1/4green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1sliced garlic
  • 2small potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • pinch of eachmixed herb spices rosemary bay leaves basil etc
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1 tspmeat spice
  • a littlewater
  • 1/2 packetchicken stock powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion with all your spices

  2. 2

    Add all peppers and potatoes let it cook

  3. 3

    Clean fish by opening inside take out bones

  4. 4

    Add fish to the pot and chicken stock powder cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Try it, its delicious 😋
