1/4green pepper, chopped
1/4red pepper, chopped
1/4yellow pepper, chopped
1sliced garlic
2small potatoes, peeled and chopped
pinch of eachmixed herb spices rosemary bay leaves basil etc
1small onion, chopped
3 tbsoil
1 tspmeat spice
a littlewater
1/2 packetchicken stock powder

Fry onion with all your spices

Add all peppers and potatoes let it cook

Clean fish by opening inside take out bones

Add fish to the pot and chicken stock powder cook for 5 minutes
