Ingredients

  • 1 kgVanilla Sponge
  • 300 mlRasmalai milk
  • 1 kgRasmalai
  • 650 gmWhipped cream
  • 6Cherry (for garnish)
  • 300 gmChopped pista

Steps

  1. 1

    Make vanilla Sponge.

  2. 2

    Whipped the cream till soft peak form.

  3. 3

    Keep refrigerated till required.

  4. 4

    Slice the Sponge horizontally in to two equal parts.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle Rasmalai milk sandwich together whipped cream with chopped rasmalai & pista.

  6. 6

    Cover the top with whipped cream.

  7. 7

    Decorate with Rasmalai,chopped pista & cherry.

  8. 8

    Keep refrigerated at least 4 hrs.
