Cut the goat meat in to flat long pieces. Not very small pieces.

Place over a wire meshed jiko or stove.

Roast the meat both sides making sure its well cooked and you can't see any traces of blood.

Make kachumbari using tomatoes and onion. Celebrate the meal with salt.
