Ingredients

  • 500 gbeef, chopped
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 TBSroyco
  • to tasteSalt
  • Vegetable cooking oil

  1. 1

    Pre heat the beef for some times till tender

  2. 2

    Fry the onions by adding oil then add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add the beef to the mixture then stir.

  4. 4

    Add royco, salt and one cup of water.

  5. 5

    Cook till well mixed then remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Cook ugali and serve hot.
