  • 4 bunchesmanagu
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Spring onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Chop the managu then boil for 30 mins till soft. Do not over boil.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the onions with oil till golden brown. Add the tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add the managu then stir. Add salt then milk. Stir well then allow to cook for 10 mins then serve.
