  1. 25 gmsonion
  2. 50 mlcooking oil
  3. 15 gmsgarlic
  4. salt (serve to taste)
  5. 25 gmsTomatoes
  6. dania (to taste)
  7. pork meet (1/2 kg)
  8. 1/2 kgrice
  9. black pepper (pinch)
  10. sukuma wiki (3 bunch)
  11. 4 glasseswater

  1. 1

    Boil the water, add rice to the boiling water.

  2. 2

    After 5 mins simmer

  3. 3

    Check if the rice is ready, then keep it warm for service.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion in a sauce pan with oil.

  5. 5

    Cover the onion to attain the golden colour

  6. 6

    Add smashed garlic and chopped tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Add the cubes of the pork and cover.for 20 to 30 mins to cook.

  8. 8

    Add salt,black pepper and cover.

  9. 9

    Add Dania when almost to serve.

  10. 10

    Keep it hot until service.

  11. 11

    Add chopped onion in a sauce pan with oil and cover.

  12. 12

    When the onion is golden brown add sukuma.

  13. 13

    Fly it for 3 mins and serve.
