1 bunchspinach, cleaned and chopped
1onion, chopped
pinchmixed herbs
1 tbsoil
4sweet potatoes, cleaned and chopped
pinchsalt

Wash well your spinach and remove white stem

Finely chop onion and mix together in a pot

Add oil, herbs and pinch of salt let it steam until soft

In a separate pot boil sweet potatoes in a pot in 1 cup of water until cooked

It's healthy and yummy 😋
