Cut,boil yam.as is boiling add salt.boil for 15-20mins.bring down and sieve out the water.

Slice the tomatoes,onion and pepper.

Heat up a dry pot,add groundnut oil heat up for 1-2 mins.

Pour in the sliced tomatoes and pepper.fry for 5mins then pour in the onion,ginger and garlic.

Fry for 3-5mins.taste to make sure the tomato is tasting good.

Add salt and maggi to taste.
