Add other dry then wet base ingredients

Mix and lightly knead with wooden spoon

Cover and leave in warm place to rise

Preheat oven to 200, with stone

Turn dough onto floured board, knead and roll into base

Put onto stone in oven for 5 minutes

Add layer of sauce with spoon

Sprinkle on little bit of cheese

Return to oven on stone to melt cheese

Layer on ham slices, spread around pineapple

Sprinkle on remainder of cheese

Back into oven on stone until cheese melts

Remove from oven and cut into 8 slices on board - NOT on stone
