Ingredients

6 servings
  • 24oysters
  • 125 gramsblack caviar
  • 125 gramsst agur blue cheese
  • 24thin sliced dark rye bread, or a rye cracker

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the oysters,or let fishmonger do this, discard liquid inside.Ensure any shell flakes are remove.Chill for 20 -30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add a teaspoon of caviar onto each oyster,then present on a servingplate.

  3. 3

    Cut cheese into small pieces and top your bread or cracker with this,serve with the oyster.

  4. 4

    Works so well together.

  5. 5

    If you can not find St Agur use any mild creamy blue veined cheese
