  • 3eggs
  • 1/4of milk
  • 3medium tomatoes
  • 1medium onion
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

    Prepare both onions and tomatoes then set aside

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in a bowl then add milk add salt and stir

  3. 3

    Heat pan with cooking oil

  4. 4

    Add onions then cook until soft and tender

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes then cook till soft

  6. 6

    Add the eggs then mix until well cooked

  7. 7

    Serve with rice
