Ingredients

  1. 1baguette
  2. Pork floss
  3. Fried shallots (slice shallots and fry them in a little oil)
  4. Seasonings
  5. 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  6. 1 teaspoonchili salt
  7. 1 teaspoonchili sauce (such as Sriracha)
  8. 3 tablespoonssugar
  9. 1 teaspoonchili oil
  10. Mix all of these together to make a uniform sauce

Steps

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Use a rolling pin to flatten the baguette as much as possible.

    Spread the sauce evenly over the baguette, then place it in the oven.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 4 minutes. Remove the bread, spread more sauce on top, flip it over, and bake for another 4 minutes. Then take the bread out.

    If you want the bread even crispier, turn off the oven and leave the bread inside for another 5–10 minutes before removing it. Finally, sprinkle fried shallots and pork floss on top, then drizzle with mayonnaise and chili sauce. Enjoy! Please credit the original source if you share this recipe.
