Steps

Heat the oil to deep fry in a large pot

In a bowl beat eggs with water add at the hot sauce and whisk together well

In a separate bowl mix flour baking powder salt and pepper
- 4
Marinade chicken pieces in garlic, basil and chicken stock powder separately
- 5
Drop few chicken pieces into the sauce mixture and coat thoroughly
- 6
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture one piece at the time then lower gently into the hot oil
- 7
Fry the chicken until brown and crisp then drain on paper towel
- 8
Serve as you desire 😋
