Cooking Instructions

In a medium pot add 2-3 inches of oil and heat to 365*F

In a bowl mix together corn starch, salt and pepper and set aside

In a second bowl add eggs and lightly beat

Add coconut flakes and panko (optional) to third bowl
- 5
Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper
- 6
Add chicken to corn starch, then egg, then coconut mixture
- 7
Once all chicken cubes are breaded gently add to heated oil
- 8
Once chicken turns golden brown remove from oil and place on plate with paper towels on it

Serve with favorite sauce!
