Yummy and kid friendly family meal. Quick throw together. You can even do it the night before. Use canned chicken in a pinch, but it's not nearly as good as seasoning and shredding your own.

The heavy cream mixed with the soup makes this take on the standard broccoli & cheese casserole extra creamy. Adding the quinoa helps boost the "healthiness" factor...doesn't it? LOL!
