In a large stock pot over medium heat melt butter add olive oil, saute onion,carrot,and celery until tender.

Add chicken stock and bring to a boil,add roasted garlic, hot sauce and pasta, cook according to package directions.

Brown sausage and add to pot. Add fresh garlic and basil.

Put a cup or so of spinach in serving bowl and top with soup.
