Mix small amount of wheat flour, salt, royco in a plate

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of vinegar and smashed galic for 15 minutes

Apply the mixture of Wheat flour, salt and royco to the chicken

Heat cooking oil in a pan for 2 minutes then dip the marinated chicken

Let the chicken from for 10 minutes when it turns golden brown remove and drain excess oil
- 6
Serve while hot with kachumbari and ugali
