super delicious curry for rice

Cooking Instructions

cut beef to blocks,wash,and preserve the beef with sugar, for about 25mins

cook beef in boiled water till the meat turn white and the blood and foams flow on the water,then pour the water out and wash the beef again

put the beef in the pot and add water to cover the beef,add a bit pepper, cook to boil and then add pot cover,keep it boil a lil and cook for 2hours till the beef is tender

peel and cube carrot and potato add to the soup cook for another hour

add curry powder and butter,use a slightly strong heat to keep boil coverless

while still cooking the curry soup, put the flour in the pan, fry in small heat till it turns light yellow,put heated flour in a small bowl, add water to make it a thin paste

slowly add thin paste into the soup to thinken

add dash of salt,dash of chilli powder to taste

you can add more flour paste if it's not thick enough, you can also add some onion and mushroom if you prefer,pour over cooked rice~enjoy!!
