Cut potatos into fries. Deep fry aprox 15 min or untill golden brown

heat gravy ultill its about to boil

Arange fries on plate and place cheese curds on top.

Smother with gravy.

here in Michigan we left call them "fries and gravy". never used cheese, I will try it!! ....I wonder if every time I order gravy with my fries, they think in Canadian??
