Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsUnsalted Butter
  2. 10 tspCocoa Powder
  3. 250 gramsMilk Chocolate
  4. 5Eggs
  5. 5Egg Yolks
  6. 300 gramsCaster Sugar
  7. 250 gramsPlain Flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160'c

  2. 2

    Melt butter, cocoa powder and chocolate together in a pan

  3. 3

    Whisk eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale

  4. 4

    Mix the 2 mixtures together then fold in the flour

  5. 5

    Butter and flour some individual moulds and spoon mixture in to fill 3/4 of the mould

  6. 6

    Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    Once ready, turn out into a bowl. Outside should be a cake texture and inside a soft melted chocolate
