
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 160'c

Melt butter, cocoa powder and chocolate together in a pan

Whisk eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale
- 4
Mix the 2 mixtures together then fold in the flour
- 5
Butter and flour some individual moulds and spoon mixture in to fill 3/4 of the mould
- 6
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes
- 7
Once ready, turn out into a bowl. Outside should be a cake texture and inside a soft melted chocolate
